Al-Gharraf announces the appointment Eng. Sameer Al- Hamdany who joins the company to the at the position of Construction Manager.
Eng Sameer brings with him more than 20 years of Engineering and Construction Management experience building camps for international companies such as CCC, ENI, Lukoil and others.
